We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased can be refunded within 10 days.
For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund.
Most refunds are returned via the original payment method.
Please note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds.

Credit Refunds In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, the refund will be granted using THE ACADEMY credits, provided it meets our 10 -day refund policy.
iOS purchases: since iOS payments are processed through Apple and not OUR SITE, we are unable to offer cash refunds for in-app purchases made in the Apple App Store.
We offer credit refunds for eligible purchases.
Bank & cash transfer purchases: certain bank and cash transfer methods are only eligible for credit refunds. Boleto Bancário purchases: courses purchased through Boleto Bancário are only eligible for credit refunds. Alfamart or Indomaret purchases: course purchases that are finalized at Alfamart and Indomaret are only eligible for credit refunds.
Refunds for Bundles Purchased Through Third Party If you purchased the course through a third party vendor, unfortunately, we cannot process your refund.
Since we did not process the original payment, we do not have the transaction on file, and cannot initiate a refund for you Reasons for Denied Refunds While our 10-day refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule.
Payments are sent to instructors after 10 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.
If course content was downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected.
Finally, students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.
